This is a little code snippet to make a load-in-progress form. When your application starts, a progress bar will display to visualize to your users that the program is loading. You could also take advantage of this to run some other procedures in the Form_Load event. To implement: 1. Start VB and make a new Standard Exe 2. Name this form load 3. Clear the caption so it has none and set ControlBox to false 4. Add components by pressing CTRL+T and choose: Microsoft Windows Common Controls 6.0 5. Add a timer and name it tmrLoad and set the interval property to 10 6. Add a Progress bar and name it prgLoad 7. Add the code below 8. Add a new form called Form1 9. Use Form1 for your work 10. Your done!
