Create & Compile VB Projects Using Notepad and A Batch File
Version Compatibility: Visual Basic 6
These files will demonstrate how to create VB source code and compile it outside the VB Environment. All you need is either Notepad or Wordpad as your code editor and a simple batch file. Be sure to maintain the rules of VB syntax. To see an example, open DefForm.txt, DefProj.txt and execute Run.bat to see their output. There is a more detailed readme file included in the download.
Instructions: Click the link below to download the code. Select 'Save' from the IE popup dialog. Once downloaded, open the .zip file from your local drive using WinZip or a comparable program to view the contents.
