This is an application for creating an IRC chat server. Very easy to use. Simply open the Visual Basic Project file (cab_irc.vbp), and run the project. Be sure to click enter at the splash screen.

Instructions: Click the link below to download the code. Select 'Save' from the IE popup dialog. Once downloaded, open the .zip file from your local drive using WinZip or a comparable program to view the contents.
