[Author Note:] In standard Cartesian geometry, locations on a graph are figured by X and by Y. In arc-tangential geometry, all locations are described by the distance from origin (radius) and arc-tangent (this is the sweep, in degrees that is taken (usually clockwise) around the circle). Valid arc-tangent values are 0-360, but these classes convert any positive or negative expression to an expression confined to 0-360 (via modulus). The control included with this project provides a viable example of what these functions can be used for. These functions (and their outputs or derivatives) are not avaible in the .NET library.
