More information:

Microsoft net send has some limitations. It will not send a broadcast message across routers. This application will use the same service as net send but will send each individual computer on a domain a separate Net Send Message. It also displays the full name of the user currently sending the message. Also has simple code to animate and play sounds. Just for fun.

Instructions: Click the link below to download the code. Select 'Save' from the IE popup dialog. Once downloaded, open the .zip file from your local drive using WinZip or a comparable program to view the contents.
