This application allows you to encrypt files. It also is a good demonstration of Tip of the Day functionality. Please review the readme file for required references and other information about the application.
Instructions: Click the link below to download the code. Select 'Save' from the IE popup dialog. Once downloaded, open the .zip file from your local drive using WinZip or a comparable program to view the contents.
