This zip file contains four projects which implement a number of different desktop effects, including flipping the desktop upside down, displaying a bubble that floats across the desktop, making the desktop appear as if it scrolling downwards.

Instructions: Click the link below to download the code. Select 'Save' from the IE popup dialog. Once downloaded, open the .zip file from your local drive using WinZip or a comparable program to view the contents.
