A Simple Way To Get DIB Bits in VB.NET.

Provides a 32-bit ARGB device-independent bitmap class with procedures for converting from System.Drawing.Image to System.Drawing.Bitmap, as well as accessing individuals Pixels. It also provides a 32-bit ARGB pixel structure with procedures for converting to/from System.Drawing.Color and System.Int32 (Integer), for translating to/from HSB, and to blend with other Pixel32 structures. I have used the Declarations section below to demonstrate usage.
