This is basically a dictionary that uses the MS Word dictionary with Automation technique. It also has a TTS(Text-to-Speech) support, which helps you to hear the pronunciation of the word. And a built-in "Email to author" feature. Any feedback extremely welcome.

Instructions: Click the link below to download the code. Select 'Save' from the IE popup dialog. Once downloaded, open the .zip file from your local drive using WinZip or a comparable program to view the contents.
