This is a Visual Basic Script (.vbs) file that allows you to add a button to the IE Toolbar which toggles the use a proxy server option on or off. You must follow the instructions in the readme.txt file carefully.

Instructions: Click the link below to download the code. Select 'Save' from the IE popup dialog. Once downloaded, open the .zip file from your local drive using WinZip or a comparable program to view the contents.
