More information: I have used this NNTP control which i have used in my major project Giganews. The control is able to handle the complete transfer between a client and a newsserver in accordance with the standards RFC850, RFC977, RFC1036, and RFC2980. Althought it is written in visual basic 6, it is a very powerful tool which has been optimized for the best performance. Included is a sample project as well as a complete description of how to use the control.
